View approved original text

This medication helps to control essential hypertension and stabilize blood pressure. It is additionally used to improve heart function in heart failure patients with decreased left ventricular contraction, particularly when ACE inhibitor treatment is insufficient or poorly tolerated. As a result, it alleviates heart failure symptoms and contributes to enhancing the quality of life of patients. Therefore, this medication is used for the treatment of hypertension and certain heart failure patients.
