Neurological symptoms such as drowsiness, headaches, dizziness, insomnia, and nightmares may occasionally occur, so caution is needed. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and dry mouth may rarely occur, so report any abnormal symptoms. As abnormal liver function may occur, if liver enzyme levels elevate or jaundice symptoms appear, medical personnel should be notified immediately. There may be a risk of affecting kidney function, so proteinuria may rarely develop, and regular monitoring may be needed. Symptoms similar to cystitis or difficulty urinating may occur, so seek medical attention if any abnormal symptoms arise. Rapid heartbeat may occur, so be cautious if such symptoms arise. Respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath or nasal congestion may rarely occur, so contact medical personnel if symptoms develop. Abnormal blood conditions such as thrombocytopenia or leukocytosis may develop, thus regular blood tests may be required. Gynecomastia, menstrual irregularities, and chest pain may occur as rare side effects, so report any unusual symptoms.
