Relief of nasal congestion, runny nose, and other symptoms of colds (acute rhinitis, sinusitis) and allergic rhinitis.
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
Adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older: Spray 1-2 times into each nasal cavity per use. Do not exceed 1-2 times daily, with a minimum dosing interval of 8 hours. When using for the first time, pump several times to ensure the solution is sprayed evenly before use. Instructions for use include cleansing the nose before holding the nozzle between two fingers.
This medication should not be used by children under 7 years of age. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not use it. Individuals taking or having discontinued, within 2 weeks, antidepressants or certain psychiatric medications must consult a specialist before using this medication. People who have had specific brain surgeries or those with angle-closure glaucoma should not use this medication. Individuals with dry nasal mucosa or atrophic rhinitis should also avoid use. Those with allergic constitutions or a history of allergic reactions to medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, thyroid problems, diabetes, or benign prostatic hyperplasia should use this medication with caution. Patients with symptoms sensitive to adrenaline such as dizziness, insomnia, tremors, or cardiac arrhythmias should use it carefully. Rarely, severe headaches, nausea, and visual disturbances may occur; if such symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Do not use this medication continuously for more than 7 days, as excessive use may damage the nasal mucosa and reduce efficacy. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist regarding the use of this medication. If a rash, redness, swelling, or itching occurs while using this medication, stop use immediately and consult a physician. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than 3 days, inform medical personnel. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and do not use excessively for nasal congestion relief. This medication is for nasal use only and should not be used in the eyes or ears. To prevent infection, it is advisable not to share this medication. It is safe to avoid alcohol while using this medication. Supervision by a guardian is required when used by children. Be cautious as overdose may cause serious heart problems or central nervous system abnormalities. The benzalkonium chloride in this medication may cause bronchospasm or nasal mucosa irritation, so long-term use should be avoided. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not transfer to a different container, and prevent misuse.

Do not use this medication with MAO inhibitors.
Do not consume alcohol while using this medication.
This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is advisable to keep the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to maintain efficacy and safety for a long time.
