Patients with bronchial asthma or impaired respiratory function should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. In such cases, bronchospasm may occur, so if any unusual symptoms appear, immediately stop the medication and seek appropriate treatment. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should only use this medication when necessary, and nursing mothers should also use it cautiously as it is not confirmed whether this medication passes into breast milk. Elderly patients and children should consult with professionals before use, as the safety of this medication has not been sufficiently confirmed for them. Occasionally, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite may occur after taking this medication, and rarely, symptoms such as blood in sputum, chills, fever, stomatitis, drowsiness, and chest tightness may develop. When mucus secretion increases, observe natural expectoration, and seek appropriate measures such as mechanical suction or postural changes if necessary. The effect of this medication may be reduced when used with antibiotics, so it is advisable to take antibiotics separately or administer them by injection or other methods. It should not be used as an injectable or ophthalmic solution, and although a mask may stick to the face after aerosol therapy, it can be easily cleaned with water. Elderly patients should observe their physical condition closely and use this medication carefully as their body functions may be weakened. Keep this medication out of reach of children and do not transfer it to other containers from the original packaging to prevent misuse or quality deterioration. After using the nebulizer, clean it immediately, and prolonged contact with the solution may damage the device. Some antibiotics may form precipitates or discoloration when mixed, so it is best not to mix them. During nebulization, it is advisable to dilute with sterile distilled water for injection to avoid overly high concentrations of the drug.
