How to take

Adult dose

For Donepezil Hydrochloride, administer 5 mg once daily before bedtime. For 4 to 6 weeks, maintain the dosage at 5 mg and evaluate clinical response during this period. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 10 mg; however, be cautious regarding gastrointestinal adverse reactions at the 10 mg dose. Women over 85 years old and underweight should not exceed 5 mg daily, with careful monitoring required.

Child dose

No experience of use in pediatric patients.

Precautions

This medicine contains Donepezil Hydrochloride Monohydrate as its active ingredient and is used for the treatment of symptoms associated with Alzheimer's disease.
