Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn when taken during pregnancy in the second and third trimesters, so it should be immediately discontinued upon confirmation of pregnancy. It should not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, pregnant or nursing women, and patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment. Special caution is needed when administering this medication to patients with depleted fluid or sodium, hyperkalemia, renal artery stenosis, and those who have recently undergone kidney transplantation.
