Adult dose

Adults and children aged 12 and above: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day, taken with a small amount of water.

This medication should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients who experience easy bleeding or are taking blood clotting inhibitors should not use this medication. It is also advisable not to administer it to patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function. Individuals allergic to the components of this medication should avoid taking it. Additionally, children with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not use this medication. It is recommended that children under 12 years old do not take this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 dye, so patients with allergies or sensitivities to this dye should use it with caution. During treatment, gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. Rarely, light bleeding such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur, requiring caution. Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, hives, and itching may also occur. Very rarely, severe allergic reactions such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and low blood pressure may occur, so if any abnormal symptoms appear, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Signs of liver dysfunction may appear, so if jaundice, dark urine, abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occurs, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a doctor should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve within a week after taking the medication or if symptoms such as fever, difficulty breathing, or coughing up blood persist, discontinue the medication and visit a hospital. It is advisable not to take this medication while in a lying position. While no specific interactions with other medications have been reported, caution is advised when using anticoagulants as they may affect blood coagulation. It is preferable not to use this medication during pregnancy or while breastfeeding as safety has not been established. Overdose may result in exacerbated side effects, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor in case of overdose. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and not transferred to other containers.
