Acute bronchitis is a condition characterized by acute inflammation of the bronchi, mainly accompanied by symptoms such as cough, phlegm, and difficulty breathing. Liver function may also be affected, and there may be an increase in liver enzymes. Additionally, there may be a risk of decreased platelet count, requiring caution. If symptoms of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur, the medication should be discontinued immediately. If symptoms do not improve within a week or if fever, difficulty breathing, or blood-streaked phlegm persists, medication should be stopped and medical advice should be sought. It is advisable not to take this medication while lying down. This medication may affect blood coagulation, so when taking it with anticoagulants like warfarin, there may be an increased risk of bleeding, requiring caution.
