This medicine is used to treat ulcers that occur in the stomach and duodenum. It also alleviates symptoms of erosive and ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease and is effective for long-term maintenance therapy. It is used in combination with antibiotics for treating gastrointestinal ulcers in patients infected with Helicobacter pylori. It is also used to relieve symptoms in patients with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. How to take
