Treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal disorders (ulcers, erosions, etc.), reflux disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
This medication is effective for the short-term treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. It is also used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and symptoms such as heartburn and regurgitation. It aids in the maintenance therapy for severe gastroesophageal reflux disease and for the treatment of hard-to-treat peptic ulcers. It can also be used in combination with antibiotics to prevent the recurrence of duodenal ulcers caused by Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and Helicobacter pylori infection. It is effective for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers and erosions due to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) use and for the prevention of ulcers and dyspepsia in long-term NSAID users. Additionally, it is used to prevent the recurrence of gastroesophageal reflux disease, improving the patient's digestive health.

In patients who have not responded to other medications, taking 2 capsules (40mg) once daily generally results in healing within 8 weeks, although the healing time may vary from patient to patient. If recurrence occurs, repeat treatment. 2) Short-term treatment of duodenal ulcer: Take 1 capsule (20mg) once daily.
