It should be administered with caution to patients at a high risk of bleeding or those taking antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, or anticoagulants. While taking this medication, hypersensitivity symptoms such as rash or itching may occur; if these symptoms appear, use should be discontinued immediately, and appropriate measures should be taken. Additionally, bleeding may occur rarely, so if bleeding symptoms are present, administration should be stopped, and medical consultation should be sought. Gastrointestinal side effects may include diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and heartburn, while vomiting or abdominal distension may occur rarely. Cardiovascular symptoms such as palpitations, hypotension, and limb cyanosis may also occur rarely. Other side effects reported include headache, facial flushing, dizziness, feeling of warmth, general fatigue, swelling, tremors, excessive body hair on the legs, and anemia. In patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, the decision to continue medication should be made after closely observing symptom changes. The effectiveness of this medication is uncertain in patients with severe lumbar spinal stenosis who require surgery. The safety of administration during pregnancy has not been confirmed, and uterine contraction effects have been reported in animal studies, so it should not be used in pregnant women. The safety in children has not been established, and it is advisable not to use it in pediatric patients. Elderly patients may have decreased physical function, so care should be taken and dosages adjusted accordingly.
