This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients with a tendency to bleed or those taking anticoagulant medications should not use this product. Patients with severe liver or kidney diseases should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Patients who have previously shown an allergic reaction to any of this medication's components should avoid using it. Patients with galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid this product as it contains lactose. Children under 12 years old should not use this medication. This product contains tartrazine (Yellow No. 4). Patients with a history of allergy to this ingredient should use it cautiously. Gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur, and if symptoms are severe, consultation with a physician is necessary. Occasionally, bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur, so caution is needed. Allergic reactions such as skin rash, urticaria, and itching may occur, and if unusual symptoms arise, the medication should be discontinued immediately. Very rarely, serious allergic reactions may occur, with symptoms including facial swelling, shortness of breath, and hypotension, which may require emergency treatment. Signs of liver dysfunction may appear, so if symptoms such as jaundice, dark urine, or severe abdominal pain occur, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms do not improve within a week after taking this medication, or if you have persistent symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, or blood-streaked sputum, consult a physician. It is recommended to take this medication while sitting or standing rather than lying down. This medication may affect blood coagulation, so patients on anticoagulants should be careful when taking it together. No specific drug interactions have been reported to date; however, if you are taking other medications, inform your healthcare provider. Due to the lack of established safety for pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is advisable not to take this medication. Overdose may exacerbate side effects, so do not exceed the prescribed dosage and consult a physician immediately if you experience any unusual symptoms. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, and transferring it to another container may affect its quality, so caution is necessary.
