How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken once daily, with asthma patients instructed to take it in the evening, while allergic rhinitis patients should determine the timing based on individual conditions. Patients with both asthma and allergic rhinitis should take 1 tablet, 1 sachet, or 1 piece in the evening, once daily. Adult and adolescents aged 15 and over: Montelukast 10 mg is to be taken orally once daily.

Precautions

This medication is intended for the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis and should not be taken by patients with certain genetic conditions or those allergic to the ingredients of this drug. When taking this medication, various adverse reactions may occur, such as fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, cough, and rash, so consult a physician if symptoms arise. Children and elderly patients can use this drug, but the dosage and precautions must be strictly followed according to age, and its safety and efficacy have not been established for children under 6 months of age.
