Relief of symptoms of acute bronchitis
Acute bronchitis is a condition caused by respiratory infections, characterized by symptoms such as cough, phlegm, and chest tightness. This medication is used to relieve the symptoms of acute bronchitis and aid in recovery.
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, taken with a small amount of water.
This medication should not be administered to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a tendency for bleeding or those taking anticoagulants, as well as in patients with severe liver or kidney disease. Additionally, individuals allergic to any of the components of this medication should refrain from taking it, and those with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should also not take this medication. It is advisable not to use this medication in children under 12 years of age. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 4, so individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to this component should use it with caution. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal disturbances such as occasional heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea may occur. Allergic reactions such as gum bleeding, nosebleed, skin rash, or itching may occur infrequently, and very rarely, severe hypersensitivity reactions such as facial swelling or difficulty breathing may appear. Liver function abnormalities have been reported, so care should be taken regarding liver health, and there is a possibility of lowered platelet counts, so medical supervision is necessary. If signs of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite appear while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Furthermore, if symptoms like fever, difficulty breathing, or blood in sputum persist for several days, the medication should be stopped and a hospital visit should be made. It is advisable not to take this medication while lying down. To date, no significant interactions with other medications have been reported; however, caution is advised for those taking anticoagulants as it may affect blood coagulation. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should preferably avoid this medication as its safety has not been established. In case of overdose, side effects may be exacerbated, so consult a doctor immediately if an overdose occurs. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and should not be transferred to another container.
Rarely, severe hypersensitivity reactions such as urticaria, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and hypotension may occur. If signs of liver damage (jaundice, dark urine, severe upper abdominal pain, loss of appetite) appear, the medication should be discontinued. If symptoms like difficulty breathing or blood in sputum do not improve, the medication should also be stopped.
Occasional gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. Rarely, mild gum bleeding or nosebleed may occur. Rarely, hypersensitivity responses such as rash, urticaria, and itching of the skin and mucous membranes may occur. Occasionally, an increase in liver enzymes may occur. Decreased platelet counts have been observed.

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture and should therefore be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to safely preserve the efficacy of the medication.
