Improvement of bone and dental developmental disorders and prevention of rickets, calcium deficiency supply effect
Vitamin D is essential for maintaining bone and dental health and aiding growth during pregnancy, lactation, childhood, and old age. It is also effective in preventing rickets. Calcium supplementation is necessary in cases of calcium deficiency, which helps strengthen bones and maintain health. Therefore, this medication is used to improve vitamin D and calcium deficiency and enhance the health of bones and teeth.
For ages 8 and over, the recommended dosage is one tablet once daily.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Individuals who have allergic reactions to the ingredients in this product should also refrain from use. Infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure symptoms should not take this medication. Additionally, since this medication contains lactose, individuals with galactose intolerance or related disorders, who are genetically unable to break down lactose, should also avoid taking it. During treatment, it is advisable not to take any other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids concurrently. Infants under 1 year of age, individuals currently receiving treatment from a physician, and children who receive plenty of sunlight and eat normally should consult a professional before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and those who are breastfeeding, as well as premature infants and young children, should also consult a specialist before using this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory system problems, kidney disorders, and hypoalbuminemia, as well as those taking cardiac glycosides or with a history of kidney stones, should exercise caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rashes occur while taking this medication, it is essential to stop using it immediately and consult a specialist. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema can occur; hence caution is necessary. Long-term use may lead to increased blood calcium levels or the development of stones, so it's crucial to monitor the condition regularly. Particularly, if taken with medications like aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, there is a risk of elevated blood potassium levels, so caution is warranted. If symptoms do not improve even after one month of taking this medication, consult a specialist. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage instructions, and ensure that children are supervised by a guardian while taking this medication. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Store this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and keep it tightly sealed. Furthermore, to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and prevent misuse.
Edema (severe swelling)

This medication should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, or antacids. Also, if taken with cardiac glycosides, aldosterone antagonists, or triamterene, consultation with a physician or pharmacist is necessary.
This medication should be avoided in conjunction with teas that contain tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during or before/after taking it.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air exposure, ideally at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. This will maintain the effectiveness of the medication and prevent deterioration.
