Precautions

This medication should not be used by pregnant or nursing women. Patients with a tendency to bleed or those taking anticoagulants, as well as patients with severe liver or kidney diseases, should avoid using this medication. Patients who have allergic reactions to any component of this medication or those with specific genetic metabolic disorders, particularly hereditary galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption, should not take this medication. This medication should not be administered to children under 12 years of age. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine), so individuals with a history of allergy to this component should use it with caution. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur during treatment; if symptoms are severe, consultation with a physician is recommended. Occasionally, bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur, and rarely, allergic reactions like skin rashes or itching may develop. Very rarely, serious allergic reactions such as facial swelling, shortness of breath, and low blood pressure may occur, thus any unusual symptoms should be promptly reported to healthcare personnel. Signs of liver dysfunction may appear, so if symptoms like jaundice or darkening of urine occur, discontinuation of use and seeking medical attention is necessary. Thrombocytopenia may occur during treatment, requiring regular check-ups. This medication can affect blood coagulation, so patients taking anticoagulants like warfarin should consult their physician before use. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid use as safety has not been established. Overdose may lead to exacerbated side effects; therefore, it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and consult a physician in case of overdose. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and not transferred to other containers for safety. Effects on driving or machine operation are not known, but it is advisable to check one's condition after taking the medication and to exercise caution.
