Precautions

This medication can burden the liver, so individuals who consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication contains a pigment called Yellow No. 4, so those who have allergies or hypersensitive reactions to this ingredient should take it with caution. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, or swelling from this medication or similar antipyretic analgesics should not take this medication. It is also advisable for those with peptic ulcers, severe liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or cardiac insufficiency to refrain from using this medication. Those currently taking certain medications or consuming alcohol may experience interactions with this medication and should avoid taking it. This medication contains acetaminophen, and taking it with other acetaminophen products may lead to liver damage, so it must be taken alone. Individuals with liver or kidney disease, bleeding tendencies, asthma, elderly individuals, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a healthcare professional before use. If serious adverse symptoms such as hives, difficulty breathing, thrombocytopenia, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rash, or jaundice occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are important to check for abnormalities during long-term use. This medication is for symptom relief; therefore, if pain or fever persists, patients should consult a doctor for concurrent cause treatment. Children and the elderly should take the minimum dosage and monitor their condition closely after administration. Overdosage can lead to severe damage to the liver, kidneys, and heart, so the dosage must be strictly adhered to. This medication should be stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and kept in a secure location out of reach of children.
