Adult dosage

Typically, adults take 1 packet (single dose) (1 bottle) three times a day before or between meals (between meals).

This medication should be consulted with an expert before use by patients who are significantly weakened after illness or have hypertension, heart, or kidney diseases. Older patients may need to adjust the dosage due to decreased bodily functions. Those with swelling or a history of skin rashes or itching due to medications should also consult an expert. Women who are taking other medications, pregnant, or possibly pregnant must seek counsel. Caution is also needed for those with weak stomachs, excessive sweating, hyperthyroidism, or urination disorders. Diabetes patients should be cautious as the ingredients in this medication may raise blood sugar levels. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, rising blood pressure, muscle weakness or spasms, skin rashes, digestive problems, liver dysfunction, or respiratory difficulties occur, consumption should be discontinued immediately, and an expert should be consulted. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after one month, it is advisable to see a doctor. This medication must adhere strictly to the prescribed method and dosage, and caution is advised when taken in conjunction with other medications containing potassium or licorice due to the risk of side effects. Care should also be taken not to overlap ingredients when taking multiple herbal medicines. If long-term use is necessary, it should be done under the advice of an expert. Special care should also be taken when used in conjunction with Mahwang, thyroid preparations, or catecholamines as symptoms such as insomnia, excessive sweating, and heart palpitations may arise. Store this medication away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. It should be kept in the original container and must not be transferred to other containers.

Hyperaldosteronism (reduced urine output, swelling of the face and hands, heavy eyelids, stiff fingers, elevated blood pressure, headache), liver dysfunction (general fatigue, jaundice), interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever), urination disorders

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (congestion), itching, loss of appetite, discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, general weakness, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, frequent urination, palpitations, mental agitation, muscle disorders (including weakness, limb spasms, and paralysis symptoms)

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture, and it is safe to store between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Maintaining proper temperature and container conditions will help retain the efficacy of the medication.
