Adult dose

Adults and children aged 12 and over: Take 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day, with a small amount of water.

This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patients who are prone to bleeding or taking anticoagulants should also avoid this medication. It is safest to avoid administration in patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Patients who have had allergic reactions to any components of this medication should avoid its use. This medication contains lactose and may not be suitable for patients with genetic issues that prevent lactose digestion. It is recommended not to use this medication in children under 12 years of age. Caution should be exercised by individuals known to be allergic or hypersensitive to the colorant Yellow No. 4, which is included in this product. Gastrointestinal issues such as heartburn, abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea may occur during use. Rarely, symptoms of bleeding such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may appear. Allergic reactions can also occur, including skin rashes, hives, and itching. Very rarely, serious allergic reactions such as facial swelling or difficulty breathing may develop. It is important to monitor liver function as abnormalities may occur. There is also a possibility of reduced platelet count, and patients should consult a doctor if any unusual symptoms arise. If symptoms of liver damage such as jaundice of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe upper abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur, use should be discontinued immediately. If fever persists, or if there is difficulty breathing or bloody phlegm, the medication should also be stopped and advice sought from a specialist. It is advisable not to take this medication while lying down. No specific drug interactions have been reported, but caution should be exercised when taken with anticoagulants as they may affect blood clotting. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid this medication as its safety has not been verified. In case of overdose, side effects may be more severe, so consultation with a doctor is necessary if the dosage is exceeded. Store out of reach of children, and be careful not to transfer to other containers as it might affect quality.
