Precautions

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant or nursing women. It should not be administered to patients who have a tendency to bleed easily or are taking anticoagulants, as well as to patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Patients who have allergic reactions to the components of this medicine or have hereditary issues with lactose digestion should also avoid taking it. It is safe to not use in children under 12 years of age. This medicine contains a dye called Yellow No. 4, which should be administered cautiously to patients with hypersensitivity or a history of allergy to this ingredient. After taking this medication, digestive symptoms such as stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea may occasionally occur. Rarely, gum bleeding or nosebleeds may happen, and allergic reactions like rashes or itching could also arise. Very rarely, serious allergic reactions such as facial swelling, breathing difficulties, or low blood pressure may occur, so caution is advised. It may affect liver function, leading to increased liver enzyme levels or the onset of liver diseases such as hepatitis. Platelet levels may decrease, but this could also be due to other diseases. If symptoms of liver damage appear, such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. If symptoms do not improve within a week, or if symptoms such as fever, difficulty breathing, or blood in sputum persist, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention. It is not advisable to take this medicine while lying down. No specific drug interactions have been reported, but caution is needed if taking anticoagulants as this medication may affect blood coagulation. In the event of overdose, while no specific cases have been reported, side effects may worsen, so it is safest to consult a doctor. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container is not advisable for maintaining quality. The effects on driving or operating machinery are not known.
