This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of cold, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint, and muscle pain. It helps improve several uncomfortable symptoms together, aiding in cold recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, serious skin reactions may rarely occur. If a rash or allergy symptoms appear after taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. As it contains acetaminophen, caution must be exercised not to exceed the maximum daily dosage and avoid taking it alongside other products containing acetaminophen. Because it contains pseudoephedrine, serious skin reactions may occur rarely. If fever or skin symptoms occur, stop taking and consult a specialist. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or have sensitivity to its ingredients should not use it. Infants, especially those under 3 months old, should not take this medication, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should exercise caution. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take cough medicines, cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with certain diseases, individuals with allergic dispositions, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms like rash, itching, nausea, or dizziness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Children under 2 years of age should not take it except in special circumstances, and prescribed dosages and methods must be strictly followed. It is advisable not to use this medication for an extended period and to avoid alcohol during treatment. Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, paleness, difficulty breathing, severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling of skin, pain in mouth/eyes, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, significantly reduced urine output, severe edema or urinary abnormalities accompanied by high blood pressure, asthma.

Drug interactions
