This medication is used for the relief of pain caused by peripheral neuropathy in adults.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Administer once daily after dinner. The initial dose is 150mg per day, and it can be increased up to a maximum of 600mg per day at weekly intervals, depending on the patient's response and tolerance. This medication should be swallowed whole and should not be divided, crushed, or chewed. When discontinuing treatment, it should be done gradually over at least one week.

Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts or behaviors; therefore, if there are any changes in mood or behavior during treatment, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the components of this medication.
