It is also used as an adjunctive treatment for partial seizures in epilepsy patients, regardless of the presence of secondary generalized symptoms. How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken orally, divided into 2 doses daily, with or without food. 1. Neuropathic pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, may increase to 300 mg per day after 3 to 7 days, and can be further increased up to 600 mg at 7-day intervals as needed. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, may increase to 300 mg per day after one week.

Child dose

Precautions
