This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, throat pain, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It helps reduce discomfort from these symptoms and makes daily life more comfortable. Therefore, it is effectively used for the improvement of nasal-related symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older): 1 piece at a time, 3 times a day, dissolve in the mouth. The interval between doses should be more than 4 hours. Dosage instructions: 1) Open the aluminum sheet, slowly peel off from the mouth, pulling out only the medication (film). Precautions

This medication should not be taken by children under 15 years of age. Additionally, those who have a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Individuals who are currently taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and anticholinergics within the past two weeks, should not take this medication. During treatment with this medication, it is important not to take other rhinitis treatments or cold medications, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, or allergy medications containing antihistamines along with gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant, elderly individuals, individuals with a history of drug allergies, or those experiencing high fever or difficulty urinating should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Consultation is also necessary for individuals with chronic diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, heart disease, and hypertension. Smokers or those with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, excessive phlegm, persistent coughing for more than a week, or coughing accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache should also consult a specialist. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, seizures, difficulty urinating, facial flushing, blurriness of vision occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. More serious symptoms may include blue bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, paleness of skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, dyspnea, dizziness, hematuria, sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat. This medication must be taken as prescribed and if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, stop taking it and consult a specialist. When children over 15 years take this medication, it should be under the supervision of a guardian. Drowsiness may occur during use, so avoid driving or operating machinery, and refrain from drinking alcohol. Store it out of reach of children, in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not transfer the medication to a different container and ensure the aluminum sheets and film are not damaged. After opening the aluminum sheet, take it immediately, and do not use the product after the expiration date.
