Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a specialist before use by patients with high blood pressure, heart or kidney issues, and those with edema. Older adults should be cautious, as their body function may decline; thus, it may be necessary to reduce the dosage. Patients taking other medications should also consult a specialist before using this product. If during the use of this medication, there is a decrease in urination, swelling in the face, hands, and feet, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness in the hands, an increase in blood pressure, or headaches, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. These symptoms may indicate aldosteronism due to excessive intake of the licorice component, leading to potassium deficiency and fluid retention. Additionally, if symptoms such as muscle weakness, fatigue, cramps, or paralysis occur, these, too, warrant discontinuing use and consulting a specialist. If symptoms do not improve over several days, it is advisable to stop using the medication and consult a physician. Long-term use of this medication is generally not recommended, and if necessary, it must be guided by a specialist. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed. Exercise caution when taking with medications that contain potassium or other medications with licorice extract and certain diuretics, as side effects may occur. Be careful not to take this alongside other herbal medicine components that may overlap. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool, dry place. After use, be sure to store it sealed. It is also very important to keep it out of the reach of children. Transferring the medication to another container from its original may lead to misuse or degrade its quality, so it must be kept in the original container.
