This medicine helps alleviate symptoms of nasal congestion due to excessive secretion or purulent discharge in the nasal mucosa. It is also used to improve uncomfortable symptoms caused by nasal dryness. Primarily, it is used to keep the inner nose clean through nasal irrigation and to relieve nasal blockage and dryness.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1–8 sprays in each nostril every 2–3 hours as needed. Insert the nozzle into the nostril with the tip directed slightly backwards. Press the pump firmly to activate the spray, then dispense a specified amount into both nostrils and tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds. Then tilt the head to the left for another 10 seconds, pinch the nose closed with fingers while leaning forward for 10 seconds.

It's also important for those currently receiving treatment, who have had recent nasal surgery or have wounds in the nose, to consult a professional before using this medication. This medication should only be used as a nasal spray and should not be shared with multiple people for hygiene purposes. When using the medication, it is advisable to tilt the head to the side to prevent liquid from going down the throat; otherwise, the throat muscles may suddenly contract. Contains benzalkonium chloride that may cause bronchospasm, and prolonged use may lead to nasal irritation, swelling, or inflammation. The medication should be stored in a cool place away from heat, and expired products should not be used. Keep the medication out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or loss of quality.
