This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by the common cold, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 tablet three times a day 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may impose a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication or any other antipyretic analgesics. If severe rash, blisters, or itching occurs during treatment, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage and to avoid taking it with other products containing acetaminophen. This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months, or those currently taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications. This medication contains lactose, so those with issues breaking down lactose should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take cough medications, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines while using this medication. Particularly, children, pregnant women, individuals with liver or kidney diseases, or those with gastrointestinal issues should consult a healthcare professional before use. If a rash, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, or severe skin reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and do not use it for extended periods; also, avoid alcohol during the course of treatment. Since drowsiness may occur, it is advisable to refrain from driving or operating machinery.
