This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain. It can also be used for toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It helps relieve various types of pain, thereby reducing discomfort and improving patients' daily lives.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day. This medication should be taken for the shortest time possible at the minimum effective dose.

Child dose

For children aged 12 years and older, take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day. This medication should be taken for the shortest time possible at the minimum effective dose.

Precautions

This medication may impose a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Severe skin rash or blisters, and allergic reactions may occur during the use of this medication, so if these symptoms develop, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, so caution should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals who are allergic to this medication, have peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, significantly impaired liver or kidney function, very weak heart function, a history of aspirin-induced asthma, or are taking certain antidepressants or barbiturates should not take this medication. Those with liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart function abnormalities, a history of allergies, asthma, elderly patients, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking warfarin or certain diuretics should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as difficulty breathing, generalized rash, severe vomiting, bleeding, skin rashes, or symptoms of acute hepatitis occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult healthcare personnel. This medication helps relieve symptoms but does not treat the underlying cause, so regular check-ups are necessary for long-term use, and especially for children and the elderly, the minimum effective dose should be used while monitoring for adverse reactions. Do not take this medication with other anti-inflammatory analgesics, and if pain persists for more than 10 days or fever continues for more than 3 days, consult a specialist. When there is an infection, this medication may mask symptoms, so appropriate antibiotics should be taken alongside, and care should be taken for side effects such as metabolic acidosis when taken with certain antibiotics. In case of overdose, even in the absence of symptoms, seek medical attention immediately for liver protective treatment, and this medication should be stored in its original container, out of the reach of children.
