This medicine is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Therefore, it helps reduce discomfort caused by colds and effectively improve symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Aged 15 years and older 1 time 20mL, taken three times a day 30 minutes after meals and at bedtime.

Children's dosage

Aged 11 years and older - under 15 years 1 time 13mL, aged 7 years and older - under 11 years 1 time 10mL, aged 3 years and older - under 7 years 1 time 6.5mL, aged 2 years and older - under 3 years

Precautions

This medication may pose a burden on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. The acetaminophen component included in this medicine can rarely cause severe skin rashes or allergic reactions; if you experience a rash or any other unusual symptoms, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and this medicine should not be taken simultaneously with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components, or those who have experienced asthma attacks, infants under three months of age, and people currently taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other cold medicines, antipyretics, cough medicines, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or flu, individuals with allergic constitutions or various diseases of the liver, kidneys, or heart, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional before taking this medication. If you experience unusual symptoms such as rashes, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Children under two years of age should not take this medication except in special circumstances, and careful supervision by a guardian is required when administering it to children. Follow the prescribed dosage and directions carefully, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment, as drowsiness may occur; thus, driving or operating machinery should be avoided.
