Relief of nasal congestion, runny nose, and other symptoms caused by colds (acute rhinitis, sinusitis) and allergic rhinitis.
This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and a heavy head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.
Adults: Apply within a range of 2 times a day intranasally. In this case, the application interval should be 10 to 12 hours, and should not exceed 2 times in 24 hours.
Children 7 years and older: Apply within a range of 2 times a day intranasally. In this case, the application interval should be 10 to 12 hours, and should not exceed 2 times in 24 hours.
This medication should not be used in children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. People who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have experienced such reactions in the past, should not use this product. Individuals taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or those who have stopped taking them within the past 2 weeks must consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Before using this medication, individuals with a history of allergies, previous allergy symptoms from medications, high blood pressure or heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, glaucoma, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, those undergoing treatment, and individuals with specific cough symptoms should consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after three days of use, notify a healthcare professional. This medication must be used according to the specified dosage and frequency; excessive use may actually worsen nasal congestion. As this is a nasal spray, do not use in the eyes or ears, and it is advisable not to share it with others. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days, and avoid alcohol while using this medication. When used by children, a guardian must supervise them. This medication contains benzalkonium chloride, which can induce bronchospasm, nasal irritation, and swelling, so caution is needed for long-term use. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it into another container.
Hives, severe swelling (edema).

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. Furthermore, to maintain the medication's effectiveness, it should be stored at a cool room temperature, between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
