How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times a day 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be administered to infants under 3 months of age. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components should not take it. People currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants or antipsychotics) within the last 2 weeks should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not use other cough medicines, cold remedies, antihistamines, or sedatives concurrently. Individuals with a history of allergies or previous allergic reactions to medications must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, urinary retention, elderly individuals, frail individuals, and those with high fever should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, or nursing mothers should consult a physician before taking this medication. It is advisable to consult with healthcare professionals before taking this medication if currently undergoing treatment. Smokers, individuals with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or those with a cough lasting more than a week, or accompanied by fever or rash should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, urinary difficulties, severe thirst, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, or drowsiness occur after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a physician. Special care should be taken to seek a physician's advice before giving this medication to children under 2 years old. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to use syrup formulations for children under 7 years of age instead of this medication. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, and as drowsiness may occur, refrain from driving or operating machinery. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a tight container in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer this medication to other containers to maintain quality.
