Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

This medication may strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe rash, blisters, red spots, etc. appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. This medication containing pseudoephedrine may cause severe rashes or pustules on the skin, so if fever or skin abnormalities occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, or who have a history of asthma, infants under three months old, those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, and individuals with severe hypertension or serious kidney disease should not take this medication. During treatment, it should not be taken together with cough medications, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Particularly, children and the elderly, as well as those with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, or gastrointestinal disorders, should consult medical personnel before taking this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also seek advice from a doctor before taking this medication, as should those taking other medications. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue use immediately and inform medical personnel. This medication is not to be given to children under the age of 2, and in such cases, a doctor's assessment should be sought. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration exactly, do not use for an extended period, and avoid alcohol during use. Also, since drowsiness may occur, driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and caution is needed as this medication may affect liver function when taken with certain drugs. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reactions
• Severe rash, blisters, shedding skin, pain in oral/eye mucous membranes → severe skin adverse reactions with high fever
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues accompanied by cough and fever
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver abnormalities (jaundice)
• Sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, urinary difficulty, dryness, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian medications, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking alongside diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants.

Food interactions

Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to effectively preserve the medication's efficacy.
