Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medication may rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if any rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and care should be taken if combined with other acetaminophen products, as it may cause liver damage. Concurrent use with medications containing pseudoephedrine may lead to severe skin reactions, so if fever or small blisters develop on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist. People with a history of hypersensitivity reactions or previous asthma attacks, infants under three months old, and patients with specific antidepressants or conditions such as hypertension or kidney diseases should not take this medication. It is not safe to take this medication concurrently with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines that reduce cough or phlegm. Infants and children infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitution, or individuals with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult with medical personnel. Children under two years of age should not take this medication except in special cases, and careful supervision from a guardian is required during its use. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. As drowsiness may occur, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery, and those taking specific medications should consult with a specialist due to potential liver function effects. Store this medication in a cool, dry place away from children's reach, and avoid direct sunlight, keeping it in its original container.
