Precautions

This medicine is not recommended for pregnant women, people with weakened strength or inflammatory heat, and patients with hypertension or atherosclerosis. Be cautious, as side effects such as dry mouth or twisted tongue may occur during use. If the active ingredient glycyrrhizin is taken continuously beyond a certain amount, symptoms such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, and edema and weight gain from fluid retention may appear. It is especially advisable not to use Banha and Aodu ingredients together. Those who have weakened bodies after illness, patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, those with edema, and people with a history of drug allergies should consult a specialist before use. It is important for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to consult a healthcare provider before use. Additionally, individuals with weak gastrointestinal function or excessive sweating, hyperthyroidism, urinary disorders, appetite loss, nausea, or vomiting symptoms should be cautious. Patients with diabetes should be careful when taking this medicine, as the Mahwang ingredient may raise blood sugar levels. If symptoms such as facial or hand and foot swelling, increased blood pressure, headache, fatigue, rash, nausea, jaundice, cough and difficulty breathing, urinary difficulties, insomnia, rapid heart rate, or systemic weakness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve, it is advisable to discontinue use and consult a doctor. Adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, and supervise children during administration. The risk of side effects may increase when taken with potassium supplements, licorice ingredients, or certain diuretics, so use this medicine carefully. Caution is needed to avoid ingredient duplication when taken with other herbal medicines. Long-term use should be avoided unless necessary; if unavoidable, consult a specialist. When used in conjunction with certain medications, symptoms such as insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, and mental excitement may occur, thus dosage adjustments may be required. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep it out of reach of children. It is safer to keep it in its original container sealed; avoid transferring it to other containers.
