Talarad Tablet (Bepotastine Besilate)

Adult dose

Typically, adults are given 10mg of bepotastine besilate orally twice daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to its ingredients. Special caution should be used in patients with impaired renal or hepatic function, and elderly individuals. While taking this medication, neurological symptoms such as drowsiness, headache, and dizziness may occur, as well as gastrointestinal symptoms like dry mouth or dyspepsia. For patients undergoing long-term steroid treatment, when taking this medication, the steroid dose should be adjusted gradually if it needs to be reduced. Drowsiness
