Precautions

This medication can put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, the acetaminophen component in this medication can very rarely cause serious skin reactions; if a rash or other hypersensitivity reaction occurs after taking it, discontinue the use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken together with other acetaminophen-containing products. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or those who have had asthma should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age and those taking or having recently discontinued certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should also avoid it. Patients with lactose intolerance or genetic metabolic issues should not take this medication. While using this drug, it is advisable not to take other oral medications, including cough syrups, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 dye, so those allergic to this ingredient should be cautious. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza and children under 15 years should consult a doctor before use, and individuals with a history of allergic conditions or previous drug allergies should seek expert consultation. Those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid conditions, or diabetes, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal issues, or women who are pregnant or nursing should definitely discuss with an expert before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur during usage, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. In cases of severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions, emergency treatment should be sought promptly. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication except in special cases. When using, strictly adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Lastly, since this medication may affect liver function when taken with specific drugs, consultation with an expert is essential if other medications are being used. Lastly, store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool and dry place, sealed. Transferring to another container may pose a risk of misuse, so it must be stored in its original container.
