Patients with severe liver or kidney problems should also avoid this medication. Individuals with allergic reactions to this medication should not use it. Those with genetically determined galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. It is also considered safe not to use this medication in children under 12 years of age. This medication contains lactose, making it unsuitable for patients with lactose-related genetic disorders. Gastrointestinal issues such as stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occur; caution should be exercised when taking this medication. Rarely, bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may appear. Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, hives, and itching may occur; severe reactions like facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and low blood pressure may also occur in serious cases. Liver function abnormalities may develop, so if signs of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, or severe abdominal pain occur, consumption should be stopped immediately. Regular monitoring may be necessary due to a potential decrease in platelet count during treatment. Taking this medication with anticoagulant medications, especially those from the coumarin class, may increase the risk of bleeding and should be approached with caution. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established, so it is best to avoid use. In case of overdose, adverse reactions may worsen; medical consultation is necessary.
