Adult dose

Typical adult dose: 2 capsules, 3 times a day before or between meals.

Child dose

Children aged 7 to 14: take 1 capsule, 3 times a day before or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by infants or young children under the age of 5. This medication contains lactose; individuals with genetic lactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Those with hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease must consult a specialist before taking this medication. People with edema, weak physical condition, or weak stomach should also consult before taking. Individuals who have previously experienced skin reactions such as rashes or itching due to medication should be cautious. If you are currently undergoing treatment from a physician or taking other medications, you must consult a specialist. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult before taking. Elderly individuals may have reduced physical functions, so dosage adjustment and care are necessary. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, and those allergic to this component should take caution. If symptoms such as decreased urination, swelling of the face or hands and feet, heaviness of the eyelids, rigidity of the hands, elevated blood pressure, or headache appear during use, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms of muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis occur, stop taking and consult a physician. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, discomfort in the stomach, or nausea occur, stop taking and inform a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after several days of taking, stop taking and consult a physician. You must strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration methods, and it is advisable to consult with a specialist for long-term use. When administering to children, guidance and supervision by a guardian are necessary. Taking it with other medications containing potassium or licorice, or specific diuretics may increase the risk of side effects, so caution is required. When taking it with other herbal medicines, be careful of ingredient duplication. This medication should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and kept out of reach of children. It is safest to keep it in its original container and sealed.

Serious side effects

Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and hands and feet (edema), heaviness of the eyelids, elevated blood pressure, muscle disease due to hypokalemia.
