Precautions

This medicine must be discussed with a doctor, oriental medicine doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or herbalist before consumption. Particularly, if a person's strength is significantly weakened after illness, careful attention is required as side effects may occur easily. Patients with high blood pressure or heart and kidney diseases should be cautious as their symptoms may worsen upon taking this medicine. Elderly individuals are likely to have reduced body function; thus, careful management, such as dose reduction, is necessary. Individuals with swelling or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions like skin rash or itching due to medication should consult before taking this medicine. Women who are receiving other treatments, are pregnant, or may become pregnant should definitely consult a specialist. Those with weak stomachs may experience loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting, so caution is advised. Patients who sweat excessively, have hyperthyroidism, urinary disorders, or diabetes may also find their conditions worsening with this medication, and caution is warranted. If symptoms such as facial or limb swelling, increased blood pressure, muscle weakness, skin rash, indigestion, liver dysfunction, difficulty breathing, urinary disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, or palpitations occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medicine, it is essential to consult a specialist, particularly for coughs accompanied by runny nose and phlegm, which should not be taken for more than 5-6 days. This medicine must be used according to the prescribed method and dosage, and when administered to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. Additionally, caution is advised when taking this medicine concurrently with potassium-containing preparations, certain diuretics, or other herbal medicines as the risk of side effects may increase. If taken for an extended period, it is essential to consult a specialist, and dose adjustments may be necessary as side effects like insomnia, rapid heartbeat, or general weakness can occur with certain medications. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and keep it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Keep the medication in its original container, tightly closed, as transferring to another container may deteriorate quality or increase the risk of misuse.
