This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, and heavy head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults (15 years and older), take 1 capsule 3 times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be administered to infants under 3 months of age. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Individuals currently taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics or have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks should not take this medication. As this medication contains lactose, patients with a genetic disorder that impairs the digestion of lactose should not take it. While taking this medication, do not take other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medications containing antihistamines, cough suppressants, anti-nausea medications, or allergy medications together. Especially, individuals with allergic tendencies such as hives, dermatitis, migraines, food allergies, or past experiences of drug allergies must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, urinary difficulty, thyroid disease, diabetes, weakness, or those with a high fever should also consult an expert before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, the elderly, or patients undergoing treatment should follow the same precautions. Additionally, individuals with respiratory conditions such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or persistent severe cough must also seek expert advice. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, urinary difficulty, headache, facial flushing, or abnormal glare occur during treatment, stop taking it immediately and consult an expert. Rarely, acute allergic reactions and shock may occur; therefore, if symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, paleness, cold sweat, or difficulty breathing arise, visit a medical institution immediately. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a doctor. Do not administer this medication to children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary, and if so, ensure to obtain a doctor's consultation. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and prolonged use should be avoided. Be cautious as drowsiness may occur during treatment, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Furthermore, refrain from consuming alcohol while taking this medication. This medication must be stored out of reach of children and kept in a sealed container away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. To maintain its quality, it is essential not to transfer the medication to another container.

Drug interactions

Storage

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air from entering, and can be safely stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way will help maintain its effectiveness over time.
