Adult dose

Adults and those over 12 years of age: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day, taken with a small amount of water.

This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or nursing. It should not be administered to patients with a tendency to bleed or those taking anticoagulant medications. It is also advisable for patients with severe liver or kidney diseases to avoid this medication. Those with allergic reactions to any of the components of this medication should refrain from taking it. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should not use this product. It is not safe for children under 12 years of age. During treatment, occasional gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, or diarrhea may occur. Rarely, gum bleeding or nosebleeds may happen, and allergic reactions such as skin rashes or itching may also occur. Very rarely, severe allergic symptoms such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and blood pressure drop may occur, necessitating caution. Symptoms of liver dysfunction or inflammation may arise, so extra care is needed for those with liver health issues. There may be a decrease in platelet count; hence, it is advisable to monitor blood status. If symptoms of liver damage, such as jaundice, dark urine, or severe abdominal pain occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. If fever persists for several days or symptoms such as difficulty breathing or hemoptysis do not improve, stop medication and consult healthcare personnel. It is recommended to take this medication while sitting or standing rather than lying down. No interactions with other medications have been reported, but caution is advised when taken with anticoagulants like warfarin, as it may affect blood coagulation. In case of overdose, side effects may worsen, so do not exceed the prescribed dosage and consult a physician if problems arise. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and should not be transferred to another container for safety.
