The acetaminophen ingredient in this product can rarely cause severe skin reactions, and if a rash or hypersensitivity is observed, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and care should be taken to avoid concurrent use with other acetaminophen-containing products. As it contains pseudoephedrine, if symptoms such as fever or small blisters on the skin occur, stop taking the medicine and consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication can cause certain allergic reactions or asthma; therefore, individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or similar components should not take it. Infants under 3 months old, patients with severe hypertension, or severe kidney disease should not take this medication. Care must be taken not to take other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, as well as individuals with certain diseases or allergic tendencies, must consult with a specialist before taking this medication. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur during the use of this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Especially if symptoms of severe allergic reactions, skin or mucosal symptoms, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing occur, promptly seek medical attention. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication unless absolutely necessary and should see a physician. When taking this medication, strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and keep the duration of use short, and avoid alcohol during treatment. Be cautious as drowsiness may occur; avoid driving or operating machinery, and be mindful of interactions with certain medications. Store this medication out of reach of children, protect it from direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place to minimize moisture exposure.
