Adult dose

In patients with reduced kidney function, the blood concentration of this medication may increase, so it is recommended to start with a low dose and closely monitor the condition. As the effectiveness of this medication in seasonal allergic rhinitis has not been thoroughly studied, it should be used cautiously, and it is advisable to start and stop treatment in accordance with the allergy season if necessary. If there is no effect, prolonged use should not be continued. Taking this medication with alcohol can exacerbate side effects, hence alcohol should be avoided. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid using this medication due to the lack of established safety, and should only use it cautiously after consultation with a physician if it is essential. Lactating women should also avoid breastfeeding while taking this medication, as it may be excreted in breast milk. Safety in pediatric patients has not been sufficiently established, thus it should be used cautiously in children.
