Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older, take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

This medication may affect the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If unusual reactions such as rashes or blisters appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. Since this product contains acetaminophen, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other acetaminophen-containing products. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not take it, and it should be avoided by those who have experienced asthma. It is advisable not to use this medication in infants under three months of age or in individuals taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications. Do not take this medication in conjunction with other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult an expert before use. Pregnant or nursing women should also consult a doctor before taking this medication for safety. If any abnormal symptoms such as rashes, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Especially, if symptoms such as difficulty breathing, severe skin reactions, or liver function abnormalities occur, seek medical attention immediately. Children under the age of two should not use this medication as a rule, and if necessary, medical consultation should be obtained. Strictly adhere to the prescribed method and dosage of administration, and avoid prolonged use. Avoid alcohol during the course of treatment, and it is important to consult an expert due to potential adverse reactions when used with specific medications. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. To maintain quality, it is advisable not to transfer it to other containers.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → symptoms of hypersensitivity shock (anaphylaxis)
• Severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes with high fever → Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis
• Asthma attack, respiratory distress accompanied by cough and fever → asthma, interstitial pneumonia
• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), severe lethargy → liver dysfunction

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (flushing), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if used with diabetes medication, gout medication, arthritis medication, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants.

Food interactions

Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if used with alcohol.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. The storage temperature should be maintained between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to ensure the efficacy and safety of the medication.
