Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. Severe skin reactions may occur very rarely due to the acetaminophen component, so if a rash or allergic reaction appears after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen in this medication must not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. As it contains pseudoephedrine, this may lead to severe skin reactions, so if fever, rash, or small blisters appear, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals who have allergies to this medication or its components, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months, or those taking certain antidepressants should not use it. During use, it is safest not to take this medication with other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially children, pregnant women, and individuals with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, swelling, severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Children under 2 years old should not take it unless specifically directed, and instructions from a doctor must be followed. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, should not be taken for an extended period, and alcohol should be avoided during use. Additionally, care should be taken when used with certain antibiotics or other medications, so inform the doctor or pharmacist before and after use. Store in a closed container to protect from air and moisture. It is also important to keep it away from direct sunlight and at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
