Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes post-meal

This medication can put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, severe skin reactions such as serious rashes or blisters may occur rarely; if any abnormal skin symptoms appear after use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult an expert. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage due to the presence of acetaminophen, as taking it with other acetaminophen products can lead to liver damage. Thanks to the pseudoephedrine content, serious rashes or pustules may develop, so if fever or skin abnormalities occur, cease taking the medication and seek expert advice. Individuals with hypersensitivity, asthma, a history of certain medications, infants, those taking specific psychiatric medications, or people with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. While using this medication, it is safest to avoid taking other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. For children, especially those under 15 years old or infants who show vomiting or behavioral changes, it is crucial to consult a professional before taking this medication, and caution is needed in those with specific coughs or allergic predispositions. If any abnormal symptoms occur such as rashes, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or anxiety during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be given to children under 2 years old; if necessary, a doctor's assessment is required. Follow the prescribed dosage carefully, do not use for extended periods, and avoid alcohol while taking it. Drowsiness may occur, so it is advised to avoid driving or operating machinery. Care must be taken when taking with certain antidepressants or alcohol as it may slow the breakdown of acetaminophen in the body. When taking this medication with certain antibiotics, there is a rare chance of causing dangerous metabolic acidosis, so if adverse symptoms are suspected, stop immediately and consult an expert. Store the medication out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep it sealed to maintain quality. Additionally, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container.

• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver problems (jaundice)
• Sudden and severe headache

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Do not take if you are currently taking an MAO inhibitor or have stopped using one within the last 2 weeks. Consult with a doctor or pharmacist if taking diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants.

Food interactions

Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a sealed container. The storage temperature should be maintained between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. This will help preserve the effect of the medication for a long time.
