How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medication is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. The safety and efficacy of this medication in pediatric patients under 18 years of age have not been established, so its use is not recommended.

Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn if taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy; therefore, it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. This medication is not recommended for individuals with allergies to the active ingredients or similar classes of drugs, for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, individuals with severe kidney or liver diseases, or certain heart disease patients. Patients with low sodium or fluid levels should stabilize their conditions before taking this medication, and during treatment, blood pressure and symptoms should be closely monitored, with immediate action taken in the case of hypotension. Patients with high potassium levels or those taking potassium supplements should regularly check potassium levels and exercise caution. Patients with renal vascular issues or who have recently undergone kidney transplants should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and kidney function should be closely monitored during treatment. If symptoms of angioedema occur, the medication should be stopped immediately and should not be resumed. Patients with heart failure or after myocardial infarction should carefully monitor kidney function and blood pressure while taking this medication, and special caution is required for patients with severe heart failure. Patients with acute myocardial infarction or certain heart valve diseases also need to exercise caution when taking this medication. The risk of side effects may increase when this medication is taken with other antihypertensives; therefore, blood pressure and kidney function should be monitored frequently as per physician's instructions during combined therapy. Dizziness or fatigue may occur while taking this medication; care should be taken when driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, severe hypotension or cardiac abnormalities may occur, so it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and notify medical personnel immediately if abnormal symptoms appear. This medication is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age, as its safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently established. Elderly patients may use the same dose as adults but should be closely monitored for their physical condition.
