This medication is used for purulent diseases associated with redness, swelling, and hardness, accompanied by pain on the skin.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults should take 2 capsules three times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken when there are systemic symptoms such as headache, chills, or fever along with localized symptoms like redness, swelling, and pain. In addition, individuals with feverless abscesses or chronic boils should also avoid taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or genetic lactose metabolism disorders should not take it. Those with hypertension or heart or kidney diseases must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Individuals experiencing swelling or those taking other medications should also consult a specialist. Particularly, elderly individuals, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and those who have previously experienced skin rashes or allergic reactions due to medications should exercise caution. Safety has not been adequately established for children, so they should only take this medication after consultation with a specialist. Individuals allergic to certain dyes contained in this medication should take it with caution. If swelling of the face or hands and feet, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during medication use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis appear, stop using the medication and inform a specialist. If adverse reactions such as skin rashes, itching, or discomfort in the abdominal area occur, discontinue use and seek advice. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, consult a specialist. It is generally advised not to take this medication for an extended period; if prolonged use is necessary, consult a specialist. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and caution should be exercised when taking it with other medications containing potassium or licorice, as there is a risk of hypokalemia or muscle issues. Caution should be exercised to avoid overlapping components when taking this with other herbal medicines. When storing, keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ensure it is tightly sealed. Store out of reach of children and do not remove the medication from its original container.
