Precautions

People who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Otherwise, gastrointestinal bleeding may occur. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including this medication, should be used cautiously in people with cardiovascular problems or risk factors as they may increase the risk of vascular blockage, heart attack, or stroke. If cardiovascular symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately. This medication can cause serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, especially in the elderly or those taking it for long periods. Seek treatment immediately if gastrointestinal symptoms appear and discontinue use if necessary. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, severe hypertension, very poor liver or kidney function, and those allergic to this medication or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take this medication. Patients who have previously had peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney impairment, those with hypertension or heart failure, and asthmatics should use this medication with extreme caution, particularly if there is a history of allergies. This medication can rarely cause severe allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney dysfunction, skin rashes, respiratory distress, blood disorders, and other side effects, so discontinue use and consult a medical professional if unusual symptoms occur. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are required during chronic treatment. The risk of side effects may increase when taken with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or certain medications, so it is essential to consult a healthcare professional. Do not use this medication during pregnancy, especially in late pregnancy, as it may affect the fetus; consult a doctor before taking it. Women who are breastfeeding should not take this medication as it may pass into breast milk and harm the baby. Children under 2 years old and the elderly are at higher risk of side effects, so extra caution is necessary when taking this medication. Overdosage may cause drowsiness, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, etc., in which case immediate medical treatment should be sought. Store this medication out of reach of children and do not transfer it to another container for safety.
