Precautions

This drug should not be used by pregnant women, individuals with very weak physical strength, those with inflammatory fever, or patients with hypertension or arteriosclerosis. This medication may cause side effects such as dry mouth or tongue twisting. This drug contains glycyrrhizinic acid, so prolonged intake of more than a certain amount per day may result in low potassium levels in the blood, increased blood pressure, and symptoms like swelling or weight gain, so caution is advised. It is advisable not to use the ingredients Pinellia and Aconite together. Individuals who are very weak after an illness, patients with hypertension, the elderly, those with heart or kidney issues, individuals with swelling, those who have had skin rashes or itching due to medications previously, anyone currently receiving other treatments, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, individuals with weak stomachs, those who sweat a lot, those with hyperthyroidism, individuals with urination disorders, those with appetite loss, nausea, or vomiting, and patients with diabetes should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urination, swelling of the face or hands and feet, heaviness of eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle weakness or cramps, skin rashes, appetite loss, nausea, vomiting, general malaise, jaundice, cough, difficulty breathing, urinary disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid pulse, palpitations, or mental agitation occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve even after taking it for more than one month, consult a specialist. The prescribed method of use and dosage must be strictly adhered to, and children should be administered under the supervision of a guardian. Caution is needed when taken with potassium-containing preparations, licorice-containing preparations, or certain diuretics as this may cause hypokalemia or muscle disorders. When taking other herbal medicines, care must be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients, and if taken for long periods, consult a specialist. Taking this medication along with Ephedra, ephedrine, MAO inhibitors, thyroid medications, catecholamines, xanthine derivatives, etc., may result in insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid pulse, palpitations, so care should be exercised while taking it. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
